The Refinery at Silver Springs Ranch is a nonprofit organization with a mission to provide rest and respite for pastors, ministers, and spiritual leaders. Founded and led by a group of pastors, pastors’ wives, and other church leaders, we understand and have felt first hand the burdens and often overlooked needs of spiritual leaders and their families. From emotional and physical exhaustion, high and demanding expectations, lack of rest and, unfortunately, burnout.

Our desire is to help provide pastors and spiritual leaders with the help and resources needed to provide rest and confirm their calling and purpose. Join us on our mission and follow us on our journey!
